Walking out of the grocery store with a bill under $100 is nearly impossible unless you’re only purchasing one item. I may be exaggerating a little, but you get the picture, you’re living it too. Why must we work so hard to eat? Why must we work so hard to live? Do you feel the pressure? Are you stressed about your situation? When you look at the Statue of Liberty, with his broken chain around his feet, does that symbolize freedom to you? I know what you’re thinking: ‘But the Statue of Liberty is a woman!’ Look again. Who is that? Who puts a heavy burden upon its people with taxes and hardships and calls it freedom? It’s the deceiver who is a slave master! When you look at our government, do you think they are actually representing us? No, they are not! If not us, then who? They are looking after their own interests and never give the people a second thought. You will break free when you stop believing everything you hear and look to God for the answers and for His help in your times of need. He is the only One who can stop this madness. The sooner you realize that our help comes from the Lord, the more freedom you will experience. In the midst of a tyrannical government, Jesus is the light. He is the commander of angel armies, sitting ready to rescue his people. Even though it may seem that we are living under the rule of Satan, and that he has us surrounded on every side, he is just a pawn in the game, sent to separate those who are loyal to him and break free those who are loyal to God. Choose this day whom you will serve, as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
