July 10

It wasn’t until yesterday that I noticed a pattern in the purchases for my yard. Lining the sidewalk near the entry, I have solar-powered lanterns hanging on shepherd's hooks; it’s a well-lit path. I also have lanterns on my porch hung on a bracket similar to a shepherd’s hook. Then, of course, my two bird feeders, one in the front yard and one in the back; they also hang on shepherd's hooks. What is my obsession with these? So I asked the Holy Spirit to fill me in on the details of what he’s trying to tell me. It makes sense that I have them because the shepherds use them to guide the sheep, catch them, help fend off predators, and assist them in balancing in rough terrain. 

As Christians, we receive our guidance from the Good Shepherd, but we are also shepherds. We guide others toward Jesus, correct their path, bring them in close, and help them fend off predators. It’s part of our mission as Christ-followers to help guide and direct the course of the people that God has given us as our mission. Because of this mission, it is vitally important to follow Jesus closely and avoid misrepresentation. We don’t want our sheep wandering off; ungodly predators are waiting to devour them.

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. Psalms 23:4

July 9

We live relatively close to a train track, not right on it, but close. If the wind is right, you can hear it coming in the distance. It begins with a low rumble, and as it gets closer, you begin to hear the horn as it crosses the side streets warning the oncoming traffic. When it nears, the weight of it causes the ground to shake and the pictures on my walls to rattle.

As Christ-followers, I feel we are beginning to hear him in the distance, like the low rumble of the train. We’re not the only ones who are getting the warning; the powers and principalities of this world are stirring in anticipation. It’s like their last-ditch effort to convince the weak to come over to their side. Now is the time to put some distance between you and the devil; draw closer to Jesus. Think about him, talk to him, turn your heart to him in every way possible. He is the only way you will make it through these trying times. As he gets closer, the ground will shake, the horn will blow, and the unbelievers will run and hide. The rest of us will be waiting for him at the train station!

praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints, Ephesians 6:18

July 8

My favorite type of plant is the bromeliad. They are easy to grow, and they give an extra pop of color in a shaded area when other flowering plants don’t do well. There are several drawbacks to growing them; most have razor-sharp edges, and they spread beyond where you plant them; if you are an orderly person, you may find this aggravating. However, the biggest drawback is that they attract mosquitoes! There are several things you can do the remedy these drawbacks. First, you wear long protective gardening gloves that reach to your elbow. Then, for the orderly person, once the new pup begins to grow and the adult dies off, you dig it up and reposition it; sometimes, they produce several new plants that you can share. To combat the mosquito problem, you fill their cups every other day or so to wash the larvae out. 

Our life of following Jesus can be similar. We are the pop of color in the darkness; we are easy to grow and spread beyond our boundaries as we bring others to salvation. That razor-sharp edge is the Sword of the Spirit that we carry, which is the Word of God. Yes, we attract mosquitoes (the flaming darts of the evil one); they try to throw us off, but we fill our cup with the Holy Spirit, and it washes away their pesky larvae.

In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, Ephesians 6:16-17

July 7

As usual, the mainstream media created a mountain out of a molehill; the hurricane that they kept touting was just a thunderstorm with minor gusts of wind; at least that’s what it was at my house. They had their reporters stationed at every beach along the Gulf coast, creating fear. We have to continue to be vigilant even though they cry wolf all the time; it could be the enemy setting us up for devastation at a later date, and we know they work for the enemy. We have many new residents in Florida who have escaped the tyranny of the blue states up north, and if they think what we went through was a hurricane, they will become complacent and utterly unprepared for one that may prove to be destructive. If this type of behavior doesn’t wake up the sleepers to the media's lies, I don’t know what will. You wouldn’t expect them to lie about the weather, but how else can they keep the news going? 

In the same way, the enemy will distract you from your mission, causing you to turn your head to the left or right, rather than keeping your eyes on the purpose Jesus has given you, which is to focus your attention on him. The enemy doesn’t change. He uses the same tactics over and over again because they work. Don’t let him win! Keep fighting the good fight!

Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Ephesians 6:13

July 6

I’ve been encouraging everyone to get into the fight against the evil of this day; however, we are not responsible for the results. Our weapons are not like the arsenal of war; they are spiritual. 

If your eyes are glued to the mainstream media, you probably don’t know that Bill Gates, and others, have been using their massive wealth to purchase farmland all over the world. Whether this is true or not, it is cause for concern. Though it makes perfect sense; they want us to buy their chemical-laced, fake meat; I know you’ve probably seen the advertisements for it. I’ve tried it, and it doesn’t taste like meat. Their plan could be more sinister; we’ll have to wait and see. Whatever the case may be, we have to use our spiritual weapons to combat the enemy's evil plan.

I feel like we are helpless concerning what is happening worldwide and constantly ask Jesus, “How much longer must we wait for you to rescue us?” He is not unaware; pray that his plan falls into place very soon. If we must endure, he will give us strength.

 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Ephesians 6:10

July 5

There is a lingering haze over our house today because of all the “bombs bursting in air” throughout our neighborhood last night. We knew what we were in for during the 4th of July celebration because years ago, we lived across the lake from this neighborhood and could hear the exuberant commotion coming from here, but what I didn’t know was how petrified my dog would be from all the uproar. I guess because we’ve never been up close and personal with firecrackers and quarter sticks of dynamite, I’m not sure if that’s what they had, but it was deafening. He will probably sleep more than usual today. 

Imagine the celebration we will have once Jesus makes known his authority over this world, and the devil is locked away; it will be glorious! I’m looking forward to the day when worry and dread are no longer a part of our emotions, and those words disappear from our vocabulary. I don’t contend with those words because I trust in the LORD, but some people do, and I would like to see them comforted. No matter how loud the devil makes his presence known, as followers of Christ, we can relax in Jesus. Take comfort in knowing that today.

Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. Ephesians 5:17

July 4

As we celebrate Independence Day from the tyrannical clutches of England, we must remember we are not truly free; it’s an illusion. Our country is overrun by the federal reserve bank, big food, big pharmaceutical, the medical industry, the news industry, filthy politicians, and the entertainment industry; they are now our rulers! If you don’t believe me, watch where most of your money goes. Until we are released from the bondage of these harlots, we are not truly free. There is someone more sinister than these, the ones who rule over them, the puppet master, the New World Order cabal! But of course, they bow down to Satan, their ultimate ruler. 

How do we fix this? We must wake up the masses. There are few of them compared to the many of us. We must expose them. We cannot let a few financial elites make us slaves, but they will because they have paid the many to help them take over the world. The sad thing is, the cabal will cut off the strings of the puppets once they receive the power they want, leaving them lying in the dust and headed to hell. 

Now, here we are on Independence Day, fighting to become free again. We love our country and will still celebrate our people and the red, white, and blue, but we need everyone to take up the Armor of God and get in the fight. With our dependence on God’s plan and his control, the servants of Christ will always be independent of earthy cares. You can take that to the bank!

Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. Ephesians 5:15-16

July 3

The unrighteous deeds of governments worldwide are slowly coming into the light. I’ve included a photo of the most recent G7 summit, and you can see that there are rules for us that they don’t adhere to. They were all chummy and gathered closely without their face coverings when they thought they weren’t being photographed, but when it came to having a group photo, they arranged themselves 6’ apart to make us believe they also followed the rules. They know the truth about what’s going on; that’s why they feel comfortable enjoying one another’s company up close and personal. Meanwhile, you and I are subjected to strict rules and confinement to keep us under their control and slowly get us used to being without our freedom. If you don’t think underhanded deeds and sinister acts are going on beneath the surface, then you are truly asleep. Until we all make our voices heard in opposition, we will continue to have our rights taken away. God gave us our freedom, but it’s up to us to keep it. He also gave us these pictures to make us aware of what’s going on; he is the one shining the light into the darkness. 

But when anything is exposed by the light, it becomes visible, for anything that becomes visible is light. Therefore it says, “Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.” Ephesians 5:13-14

July 2

Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them. For it is shameful even to speak of the things that they do in secret. Ephesians 5:11-12

Darkness is being exposed, but no one wants to hear it. The propaganda media are there to keep you in the dark. If the vast majority of people don’t wake up to the truth about what is going on, the enemy will reign over us forever. Look at the garbage forced on us through their daily message! It’s not limited to television; it’s also plastered all over social media as if it’s natural to be perverted. No! It isn’t natural. Look at this verse:

For you may be sure of this, that everyone who is sexually immoral or impure, or who is covetous (that is, an idolater), has no inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God. Ephesians 5:5

Do you see what that says? We must stop making excuses for our friends involved in such filth, and we should have no part in it.  We must separate ourselves from the carnal society that has gone mad and continues to flaunt their promiscuous activities in front of us, but worse, in front of children.

Not believing the truth written in God’s Word will be the greatest tragedy of humankind.

July 1

It has taken me some time, but I’m getting my house almost the way I like it, except the yard; I still have the backyard landscaping to complete. However, I have put some things out there to attract the birds, plus I promised my friend, who lived here before me, that I would keep feeding the cardinals that visit . To my surprise, the doves visit too, so I throw extra feed on the ground for them because they like to forage. I also have a birdbath; I’ve had it for years and have never seen a bird in it, except my grandson-bird, who loves to splash all the water out of it. Then yesterday, to my surprise, I saw the doves taking a bath! They sat in it for a while and seemed to be cooling off from the heat. I look at them as a blessing because of their mention in the Bible. Noah used one to see if it was safe to leave the ark, and the Holy Spirit was likened to a dove as he settled upon Jesus after his baptism. I also have blue jays, which I love, but they remind me that wherever the Holy Spirit is, Satan, the bandit is not far away, and he’s ready to snatch away any joy you may have if you let him. Don’t let him! The best way to tick him off is to remain unaffected by his antics. Stay happy, my friends. Life is too short to wallow in self-pity.

June 30

We have three huge crape myrtle trees near our front door, and right now, they are in full bloom. Every time I’m near them, I am met with an amazing aroma that wafts through the air. That’s not all! As the wind blows and the rain falls, they give up their bloom, and the white petals litter the sidewalk, porch, and entryway. It looks as though a flower girl has sprinkled her flowers before the bride makes her way to the altar to meet the groom. This morning, I notice that some of them had made their way into my house, either by the wind or by my little dogs bringing them in on their feet. It fills my heart with tears of joy to know that Jesus is near and that he has left this subtle hint to confirm his love. We don’t need anything but Jesus and his creation to remind us of how precious we are to him. Take a look around today and notice some of the ways he shows his love; it’s there; you only need to open the eyes of your heart to see them.

having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, Ephesians 1:18

I’m taking a break from Revelation today. I will resume when I have the energy to field comments.

Aren’t you happy that Jesus snatched you from the fire and saved you from the punishment you deserved? We owe him everything, yet he only requires that we believe in him and that we love God and love people. When he gave us the Holy Spirit, he made it easy for us to believe in him and follow the two greatest commands. 

I have put a few ideas out there that you may disagree with, but that’s okay; I haven’t said or done anything that would send you or me to hell. If it causes a stir within you, that’s your cue to dig into the scriptures for yourself and to stop relying on others who may or may not have your best interest at heart. I only want you to think outside the box. Many times we have been led astray and have rejected the counsel of the Holy Spirit. The scriptures are not dull, but they are if you keep listening to the same old stuff rehashed repeatedly from a pulpit that is void of the Spirit of God. 

We don’t want to be tossed to and fro like we are on the sea; that’s why we have a stabilizing force within us. If I’ve tantalized your taste buds, wait until you research the scriptures for yourself! There is still much to be learned; you haven’t heard everything, you’ve barely scratched the surface. One day we will all find out that some of the big-name preachers that we’ve grown to love were put in place to send us in the wrong direction and to teach us to comply; I’m not capitulating anymore; instead, I will become like Jesus and upturn the tables of the money changers who have overtaken the temple, and I suggest you do the same! 

Therefore, having put away falsehood, let each one of you speak the truth with his neighbor, for we are members one of another. Ephesians 4:25

So far, I’ve been very kind in calling out the Hollywood elites, wealthy politicians, the medical industry, tech giants, banks, world governments, and many others, who seem to be of the same mindset and are pushing the New World Order; these people have sold their soul to the devil. They are in control of every aspect of our society, and it is filthy! People grovel at their feet, wanting to be a part of them or aspire to be just like them because of their money and fame. You see many of them involved in Baal worship. Are these people the woman, the harlot, the prostitute of Revelation? Regular people grovel at their feet, but they don’t grovel at the feet of the Catholic Church; they only attend as a ritual. Like the Catholic Church from yesterday's post, with the parishioners unaware, some people belonging to these groups have no sinister plans. 

Look at the movement around the world called “Build Back Better.” It seems harmless unless you look closely at the symbolism, which will be their downfall. Build Back Better, bbb, or 666! Do you see it? Remember who is pushing it along with the “medical intervention” we see in every ad on television. The harlot is trying to draw you in and sell you her wares to as a prostitute would! This is a spiritual war, and we need to be in the fight! Also note, they have set themselves to come against Jesus and everything Christian. If you are asleep, you need to wake up and get your head out of the sand; we are in the middle of this right now! If we work together to get these labels affixed to the appropriate characters in Revelation, I think the picture may become more transparent.

For all nations have drunk the wine of the passion of her sexual immorality, and the kings of the earth have committed immorality with her, and the merchants of the earth have grown rich from the power of her luxurious living.” Revelation 18:3

June 27

Revelation 17 is going to get me in trouble! Some of you already know this, but the beast is the Roman Catholic Church! The papacy! There is a sinister order of popes, the Jesuits, the Superior General of the Society of Jesus, who control everything, infiltrate nearly every aspect of society, and are superior in the hierarchy to the sitting pope. Like a country ruled by a tyrant, the people belonging to that country or the church have been deceived, and most are innocent of the charges. They use their rules and spin the Bible in a way to help administer their control. They have great power, and that makes me wonder what they are hiding from us. I didn’t come up with this information independently, but I got it from The Matthew Henry Commentary, which dates back to the 1600. He lived from 1662 to 1714. He knew back then what is coming into the light today. I did a little search, and he is right! This information is hiding in plain sight! Oh, what a tangled web this creates. The mess we see today is a war, not a battle, and it will take all of us to win. Don’t be lazy, get in the fight, but remember, we don’t fight as others do; our weapon of war is the Sword of the Spirit and the Whole Armor of God!

The beast that you saw was, and is not, and is about to rise from the bottomless pit and go to destruction. And the dwellers on earth whose names have not been written in the book of life from the foundation of the world will marvel to see the beast, because it was and is not and is to come. Revelation 17:8

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. Ephesians 6:10-11

June 26

As I gain further understanding of the Book of Revelation, I will fill you in on what I find. When Jesus says that we are the Church, he’s not talking about one person but all of us. So when the prostitute, beast, false prophet, and others are mentioned, I don’t believe it is one person but a conglomerate of many. I think the prostitute mentioned may be the Hollywood elites, wealthy politicians, and others who use their wealth to further the beast's agenda, the ones who worship Satan and were probably made rich by him. Maybe the false prophet is the preachers from the mega-churches who are dripping with gold, jewels, and other extraordinary things that seem out of character for a true Christ-follower, or they could also be a part of the prostitute; I’m not completely clear on this one. The beast being an alliance of the wealthiest of all people uses their wealth to control the prostitute and to further the agenda of the serpent, which is Satan. This is real-time, happening now! I will continue to dig into this to confirm my thoughts about it, and you should do the same. 

We’ve been so deceived, which is why we each must ask God for clarity and the revealing of the truth. We should also repent if we’ve fallen for the lies of the prostitute and the false prophets and for marveling at their beauty.

If you don’t agree with me about these things, that’s fine, but you must do your own research. We’ve all been led astray by those who seem to be doing good but are there to mislead us and keep us unaware. Think about it for a moment... where could Satan do the most damage? Seminary! If he could get us all on the wrong path with partial truths, he would infiltrate those schools; what better place to start? 

Keep your eyes open! Do not despair; we are living in an extraordinary time and may be privy to the Word of God unfolding right before our eyes.

And I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints, the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. When I saw her, I marveled greatly. But the angel said to me, “Why do you marvel? I will tell you the mystery of the woman, and of the beast with seven heads and ten horns that carries her. Revelation 17:6-7

June 25

Last night, I decided to re-read Revelation. So many things are happening that I wanted to see if I could find any clues to what may be coming. In the first chapter, John tells us to read it aloud, and we will be blessed. He was right. I read all 22 chapters out loud, and, at one sitting, it made a difference in my understanding. I believe it has several layers to the same time frame. Most of the vision took place on earth, but some of it took place before the throne of God. My goal is to read it through a few more times, hoping the Holy Spirit gives me understanding beyond my current knowledge. Reading a book of the Bible straight through gives you and different perspective, and you are less likely to forget the details of what you just read. It’s something to think about, though some books may be too long to do that. 

Though we may not know the day, we will know the season if we are awake; we are in that season. I’m convinced that many who think they are awake are still sleeping because of the enemy's deception. Clean up the layers of old lies and ask for a fresh anointing of the truth.

Wake up, and strengthen what remains and is about to die, for I have not found your works complete in the sight of my God. Remember, then, what you received and heard. Keep it, and repent. If you will not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what hour I will come against you. Revelation 3:2-3

It seems that every day I find out things that make me question what I’ve learned, and I’m speaking of biblical things. Just yesterday, I was made aware that the commandment about taking the Lord’s name in vain has nothing to do with using God’s name as a cuss word. I didn’t take this teaching lightly and did my own research, and this teacher was right! It’s about using God’s name for evil purposes, like personal financial gain. An example would be the false teachers who use God to grow their personal empire. This is an instance of how we don’t know what we’ve been mistaught until it’s pointed out. If the Holy Spirit makes you aware of a particular teaching, do a little research on the keywords in that verse, so you have a clearer understanding. Verse by verse, we will clarify the truth.

June 23

I’m so thankful for God’s grace. When we realize that he forgives our mistakes, that’s all that matters. We should live our lives as a reflection of him, but we are still sinners and will continue to fight against it until he returns or brings us home. There will always be controversies and differing opinions; that’s human nature. One person thinks it should be this way, and another thinks it should be the opposite, but we should draw a line when it comes to Jesus; he is our one true salvation, there is nothing to save us but him; he is who we can trust. We cannot trust our government; most are in it for the money. We cannot trust television celebrities; they are paid to lie. We cannot trust the internet or social media; its prime objective is to line their pockets. We cannot trust scientists; most are bought and paid for. Follow the money to the top, and you will find sinister actors who are only in it for themselves. However, we can trust in Jesus and him alone; he has no financial end, no other is worthy of our worship.

But grace was given to each one of us according to the measure of Christ's gift. Ephesians 4:7

June 21

When the world works hard to turn families against one another, it’s time to turn back to our families. Our role as parents, grandparents, uncles and aunts, sons and daughters, sisters and brothers, became more critical as our governments work to deconstruct the family unit and our identity. What have we done? We have allowed our children to become followers rather than think for themselves and rationalize what some unknown government official is trying to do to the people of this world. What does God have to do to wake us up? At some point, he is going to get tired of this madness and unleash his wrath. Woe to those who call evil good and good evil! It couldn’t be long until we see it all come crashing to an end. Be ready, my friends, because the Almighty is grooming you for such a time as this. He will need you to take your position as a facilitator of the truth as the masses fall into chaos when the evil ones are revealed and destroyed; it will begin with your family and then extend to others as they have their eyes opened and are aroused awake. You are right on the cusps of your mission; be diligent and stay focused on God’s Word, so you are not caught unprepared.

For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, that according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Ephesians 3:14-19

June 20

I’m at the airport again and on my way home. I’m somewhat distracted writing this, so forgive me if I ramble. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my niece’s upcoming marriage after much to-do about getting to Atlanta. We were welcomed by the groom's family and treated as if we were their own. The people of God should always treat one another with kindness because we are related through the blood of Jesus. Paul always encouraged the followers of Christ to be welcoming to one another. The true Christian carries Jesus with them; therefore, if you mistreat them, you are essentially treating our savior poorly. I encourage you to think about your words before they exit your mouth and treat everyone as you want to be treated.
