Knowledge of the Holy

The Justice of God

And therefore will the LORD wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the LORD is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him. Isaiah 30:18

For I the LORD love judgment, I hate robbery for burnt offering; and I will direct their work in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them. Isaiah 61:8

We know from this study, The Knowledge of the Holy, that God knows all, sees all, is everywhere all at once, and is all-powerful. What can a human do that would equal the justice of God? He may use us as a tool to render justice, but for us, it will be within the parameters of His law. However, you will likely see God’s justice without participating.

God is not like anything other than Himself. Gold is always gold and can only be gold. God, though He has many attributes, can only be Himself, and if any being, human or not, acts in such a way that goes against who He is or how He wants them to behave, He will exact justice. When it comes to vengeance, allow the pieces to fall where they may because God’s justice is far superior to our own.
