The waiting is hard. Discouragement sets in, and hope is lost. Don’t be moved by what’s going on right now; we are not part of this world; we are only ambassadors, our hope is in God through Jesus our Savior. Do not take your eyes off of him. What you are seeing played out is only a trick; deceitful lies to force you to look in a different direction; don’t fall for it. The enemy and his minions are up to no good and are drawing you away from the facts. Ask God to give you discernment and to open your eyes to the truth, so you are not led astray. For you are all children of light, children of the day. We are not of the night or of the darkness. So then let us not sleep, as others do, but let us keep awake and be sober. 1 Thessalonians 5:5-6
