Do you ever want things to change so badly that you feel it’s your only hope for a peaceful life? I know there are those who live in turmoil every day, who are hopeless to the point of giving up, and the light at the end of the tunnel seems dim or non existent. I have good news for you; this is only a season. Whatever has you down, God can use it for His good. I realize that some things are ongoing and you feel like you’re being held captive in your misery like a makeshift prison, but God can still use it, and it’s still just a season. Use this time to fill up on God’s word, make it your habit to immerse yourself in Him and strengthen your communication and prayers. The Holy Spirit is a mighty counselor and will minister to you. Remember Joseph and how powerful he became. God strengthened him and trained him during his captivity. God will do the same for you if you let Him!
