Men should not dress in women's clothes, nor women dress in men's clothes; it's an abomination to the Lord. This law was not repealed in the New Testament.
The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God. Deuteronomy 22:5
I'm pretty tired of people appearing to be someone they are not. It's confusing. It's to the point that I'm not even sure if many of the beautiful women portrayed in the movies and on television are actually women. I'm constantly looking for the Adam's apple. The enemy has tainted their minds into believing that they can be the opposite sex. These people are mentally challenged and are unaccepting of the person God created them to be. I think that their entire lives will change when and if they realize that Jesus came to save them, too, and that their sins are not so egregious that they can't be saved. What should we do? Pity them, pray for them, and reach out to them in love. Their minds are controlled and held strong by the enemy; tiny seeds of God's love gently planted could lead to their eventual salvation. It is our duty to share Jesus whenever the opportunity arises.
